I live in Colorado Springs with my husband in our
104-year-old home—a place we’ve lovingly cared for,
restored, and shared with guests.
This blog is a little window into our life here—
the garden, the house, and the quiet moments in between.
We are empty nesters of a certain age, living in a home
that has become both our passion and our ongoing project.

Our home was built in 1922, and we feel fortunate
to be part of its long story.
We’ve tried to preserve its character while making it
a comfortable and welcoming place to stay.
Sharing it with others has been one of the real joys of this chapter in life.
